Mobilizing the Canadian church to reach newcomers to Canada by training and equipping churches and individuals for cross-cultural ministry in their community and around the world.

The vision of Culture Connexions is to:
  • mobilize the Canadian church to build relationships with newcomers to Canada.

The objective of Culture Connexions is to:

  • multiply cross-cultural urban ministry by working alongside churches and individuals

Culture Connexions missionaries have a dual focus:

  • to partner with local churches to enable them to participate in cross-cultural ministry
  • to train and equip individuals for ministering amongst people of other faiths and cultures in Canada and overseas

Culture Connexions (CCX) works to bring Intentional Intercultural Churches and workers together through:

  • Workshops and seminars
  • Outreach Networks in co-operation with the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC)
  • Denominational Leaders Gatherings
  • Intercultural Leaders Roundtables
  • Intercultural Ministry Seminars

CCX raises awareness amongst churches of the need to reach ethnic groups in their community by:

  • Assisting a church in assessing needs and opportunities to set up programs and train individual workers for ministering amongst other faiths and cultures
  • Assisting the local church in developing relationships with their local ethnic communities.
  • Training in TESL ministry
CCX missionaries mobilize others into ministry through modelling, prayer, training and relationship.
