Emergency Relief

MEETING WORLDWIDE NEEDS

Give to a cause
You can give to a cause that you care about and SIM will distribute your gift where most needed or divide it equally among these projects.

Current Emergency Relief projects

As part of our international work, SIM and our partners deal with immediate disasters and emergencies. It is difficult to prepare for disasters and emergencies as, by nature, they are sudden and chaotic. However, we want to be as ready as possible to relieve suffering and to share Christ’s love with people who are in dire need.

In the last 30 years, SIM has been involved in famine relief efforts in Ethiopia, Sudan, Somalia, Kenya, Zimbabwe, and Niger and flood relief efforts in Bangladesh, Burkina Faso and Ecuador.

As soon as we respond to an emergency, information is normally posted on this website so you can be praying and perhaps contributing financially, for all involved.
