Use your professional skills and passion to the good work of God’s Kingdom.
Students and young professionals in this region are between the modern world and the more traditional world of their parents and so are re-evaluating everything. They seek contexts where they can find advice to help them navigate such questions. In this space, we seek transformation by building trusting relationships where people can process their questions as they seek wisdom on how to move forward with their families in this new world. Our hope is that they find in Jesus the peace, stability and wisdom they need for life while being able to honor their families. Currently we are a team connecting with young professionals and students through education and workplace HR.
This team seeks to work with marginalised people (e.g. trafficking victims, children with disabilities, survivors of abuse, people with HIV or AIDS, etc.) to empower them to thrive within their communities. Our team is currently equipped with members who work in education for children with disabilities, trauma-informed counselling, and mental healthcare.
We serve a multi-cultural team made up of people with many different skills, giftings, and backgrounds. Our diverse community also has different needs in terms of support, training, family, and finances. We are united by a common calling and desire to serve. We are seeking a team in which the diverse strengths and weaknesses of each are understood and valued. We are seeking a team in which members are intentionally discipling and supporting one another in their ministries. We are seeking a team in which each member takes initiative to contribute to the work and unity of the team. We support our community with skills in leadership, human resources, finance, project management, and member care.
This team helps run the whole of OM in our country, but is mainly located in a specific area of the capital. Some members have a focus on local witness in that area while others focus on outreach to nearby communities.
Establish a self-sustaining, family-feel, Christian recovery centre accessible to all with a model that can be reproduced elsewhere... Family-feel: Quality, not quantity. Initially limit the number of young men to 12. All participants must come of their own free will. Days will have a clear routine. Self-sustaining: The centre will develop businesses in which the men will learn to work hard and take responsibility for themselves and their upkeep. The income from these businesses will provide the running expenses of the centre. Christian: We are not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation. All are welcome, but we are a Christian institution with Christian worship and teaching.
We seek to support and plant churches of Muslim background believers. We want to initiate and nurture church planting movements through prayer, abundant and contextualised evangelism, Christ-centred discipleship and partnership with local believers, while living simply and caring spiritually, emotionally and physically for ourselves and our teammates.
Support all the ministries in their vision to see thousands of healthy churches composed of disciples of Jesus coming from the majority background established throughout the region through leadership and services.

We equip churches to invest in young people, offering training and mentoring for youth leaders, and equipping young people for mission. We also work in schools and universities, doing outreach and discipleship, and offering sexual education training. We support local churches in their youth work, and in reaching those from rural areas who have come to the city for their studies. If you have experience in any of these areas, please get in touch!
