SIM Canda Guesthouse Information and Payment Details

• Inquiries - All guesthouse inquiries can be made by emailing the Facilities Coordinator (canada.guesthouse@sim.org).
• Payment - Rates per night/per room $85 Children under 13 years are free if in the same room as their parents. Children above 13 years need a separate room (unless they have special needs) and will be charged per room. SIM will endeavour to book adjacent rooms to accommodate families. A non refundable payment for the total amount is required 72 hours prior to your stay If no payment is received 72 hours prior to your stay, your room reservation will be automatically released. Payment from a confirmed reservation is not transferable to a revised reservation date unless it is due to extenuating circumstances described below under cancellations. Tax receipts are not issued for guesthouse payments.
• Cancellations - 72 hours prior to your stay, cancellations can be made without penalty. Notify the Guesthouse Manager (canada.guesthouse@sim.org).
• Conditions - Reservations include a self-serve breakfast. No pets. No alcohol. No smoking. No marijuana products. No smoking. No vaping.
