Ethiopia ACTs

Ethiopia ACT is a gospel-centered, multi-cultural team actively loving the 'least of these' of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We work to reconcile people to God through Jesus Christ, and to reconcile them to themselves, others and creation, all resulting in the planting, growing and maturing of churches that in turn transform lives and communities through faithful witnesses to the gospel. We plant churches in Addis Ababa, with a special emphasis on low-income communities on the outskirts of the city. To date one church is planted in the Suki community, two are in process, and others are expected to emerge from home fellowships. The ministry is closely tied to a larger community health ministry, Ethiopia ACT, operated under a separate NGO registration, that serves poor urban families with chronic health issues. In addition to church planting, we also collaborate with other church denominations and networks to see churches empowered and individuals mentored for spiritual growth and missions outreach, especially the training of church pastors and leaders for effective leadership, ministry, and gospel-centred life.
