Leading SIM's Vision to communities where Christ is least known
We have a team of leaders working to see 1. Entity Directors with supportive leadership teams growing in their ability to define and implement an entity strategic ministry direction in alignment with SIM's purpose and vision. The leaders should be identified, appointed and mentored where needed. 2. SIM identifying and prioritising resources to intentionally minister in communities where Christ is least known. 3. New and less experienced directors being well-equipped to flourish in leadership. 4. Leaders flourishing and also investing in and equipping others for effective ministry. 5. Leaders exchanging ideas and experience, learning, and sharing creativity and innovation especially in the areas of mobilisation, flexible sending and leader transition. 6. Gaps addressed in regional functioning and capacity through healthy and growing collaboration with other directors and leaders.
