This project aims to prevent non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and improve the quality of life of people with chronic and life-limiting illnesses, with a particular focus on cancer, diabetes and hypertension. It has a strong emphasis on prevention through awareness and screening strategies, as well as a focus on a compassionate response through palliative care.
