The Disciple Making Pastors Training (DMPT) program prepares church leaders who can't attend full-time academic study by using the TEAM model (Teaching, Experience, Assessment & Mentoring) to provide biblical and practical ministry training. The program has successfully trained over 1,900 ministry leaders and will continue to train and mentor new pastors to empower churches and individuals for missions outreach.
