The ELWA Services Department plays a vital role in enabling the ministries of ELWA, including healthcare, education, and radio, to impact Liberia and West Africa for Christ by maintaining reliable power, water, and sanitation. This project funds critical infrastructure improvements, connects ELWA to the LEC grid for cost-effective electricity, and supports smaller initiatives to enhance ministry capabilities.
