First Ripple is a response to a poorly reached society where widespread adherence to Christianity hasn't penetrated to the core values of our church members. This ministry aims to envision and equip the national and regional leadership of the UIEA denomination as coaches and champions of a discipleship movement, and to thereby envision and equip the leader of each congregation to be a genuine disciple and disciple-maker.
