Over ten years ago, SIM missionaries John and Phyllis Coleman adopted twin girls from Ethiopia, one of whom has cerebral palsy, and inspired by their experience, they founded Hidden Abilities to provide home-based care and therapy for disabled children in Bahir Dar. The project offers support and training to families, addresses unique needs often neglected by society, and aims to become a model training program for physical, speech, and occupational therapy.
