Since its founding in 2008, TLC has served as a Children's Library and Family Centre, offering programs like StoryTime, Kids Clubs, family events, and relationship classes, while connecting families to local fellowships and sharing God’s love. It has also provided employment, faith formation, and support to staff, volunteers, and special needs individuals, along with scholarships for ministry families in need.
