With her many years of varied experience in ministry, Dorreen joined SIM Australia in October 2021 as Personnel Director leading the Personnel, Member Care, and Health teams there to provide a range of support and pastoral care. The team continually seeks new ways to provide all missionaries, both short and long-term, the opportunities to grow and flourish at every stage of their mission journey. This is possible through utilizing a network of caring professionals, churches, and other partner organizations who share the desire to grow in connection with their mission workers in a positive and consistent way.
