Since June 2020, Lisa moved into a position of chaplaincy at a Girls boarding secondary school. Almost 800 girls in grades 8-12. Overseeing the Spiritual Welfare department and all its activities. Her desire is that the girls get a mix of evangelism and discipleship. Hoping that truth, through interaction, would cause opportunity for them to grow as teenagers who see the need for God's leading in their lives. Lisa also shares about this need with others, helping the community youth leaders to meet the youth where they are found: schools, churches, and the community. Lisa teaches and mentors the youth, sharing about the Word of God and who God is (as the Trinity), empowering them with new skills and abilities so, in turn, they can have a more positive future.
