Luis came to the Lord when he was 33 years old, which is when he also met Liliana, a believer from a young age. After getting married, they served in their local church in Urugay and had two daughters, Alejandra & Silvina. Years later, Luis felt the calling to prepare to serve in ministry and so came to study at Bible School in New Brunswick, Canada. After their studies, the Lord called them back to Uruguay, South America to begin planting a church. They began their church-planting journey in 2008. As of 2010, they built a church in Neptunia, Uruguay, a small beach town. They are currently working with this aging community to see the church grow. They are also working to expand the children's Sunday school ministry. Their desire is to reach the younger generations and see them grow in their walk with Christ.
