Terra came to the Lord as a young girl and grew up in the church. She was reminded by her uncle that during an alter call at the church, as a young girl, she ran up to the front and yelled into the microphone that she was going to go to Africa to be a missionary. The calling was upon her life at a young age, but it was not until the later part of her life that God put all those years of getting ready to work.

She is a medical missionary, her gift is not only to treat, but to teach. She teaches manual therapy skills in the pre and postnatal forum, and treats infants to make sure they can latch and have the optimal start to thrive. Her passion is mothers, making sure that they have all the opportunity to the treatment and development that the birthing attendants can offer.

God has directed and opened doors for this ministry. In Romans 12: 7 it says that if your gifting is teaching, then teach. All for the glory of God, because none of this can be done without a willing heart and the wisdom that he alone can give. She not only takes her ministry abroad, but also teaches and runs a clinic here in Canada.

She is a wife, mother of three grown children and grandmother to 6 beautiful grandchildren. And she will continue to do the work that God has called her to as long as she is able.
