Building on almost seventy years of serving Nigeriens, SIM’s Galmi Hospital continues to be a platform for the Gospel in this largely Muslim country of over 18 million people. The care given at the hospital, a reasonable cost for service, and the availability of medicine and equipment all work together to make Galmi a place sought out by the sick, the suffering, and their families. In addition to over 180 inpatients, Galmi’s clinics serve over 300 men, women, and children daily.
The goal of this project is to provide funds for other essential needs such as medical equipment, computers, maintenance equipment, renovations with physical infrastructure, etc. This project makes it possible to keep patient costs affordable to the community at large especially during this COVID-19 crisis.
