This project equips and maintains the Dorcas home that is run by a widow who lives there with her children. This home is also used as a transitional home for new widows. Funds are also used for assistance and help through medical care, emergency situations and schooling of the widows children. In addition, where needed, micro-financing is provided for widows. Funds are given in advance to set up their business and within a year the funds are returned to the project then re-purposed for further development of their business or to other candidates.
