Punjabi Sikhs are the largest unreached people group in Canada, and Surrey, BC is home to the largest community of Sikhs in the world outside of India. Less than 1% of the 300,000 Punjabi background people in BC have come to know Jesus as the True Satguru (teacher). The objectives of this project are: To see a network of Sikh Background Believer churches planted and maturing; and To see Sikh Background Believers trained and reaching other Sikhs, eventually taking on the leadership of this ministry from SIM.
