Mark and Jana Faus are U.S.-based missionaries with SIM who have served overseas for decades in various roles. Feeling called by God to reach the unreached for Christ, they have dedicated their lives to advancing the Gospel globally and teaching and training ministry leaders. Mark serves as SIM International's Governance Consultant. SIMs global ministry is structured with a consortium of 70 independent ministry countries, each with its own local board. Mark's role involves providing crucial consultation and governance training to all 70 local ministry boards, to help these boards function more effectively, enabling the ministry to achieve greater impact and become better stewards of the resources entrusted to them by God. Jana serves as Mark's executive assistant in the governance consultation and training role. She plays a crucial part in coordinating communications from all of SIMs global boards and arranging the logistics for travel to conduct the governance training.
