Norm and Audrey began serving with SIM in Angola in 2013. Norm serves as Director of Technologies at the Evangelical Medical Centre of Lubango (Clínica CEML) which includes IT, maintenance and everything technical. Audrey is a nurse at CEML with a special heart for women with complications in childbirth, such as Obstetric Fistula - many of them are very young and call her "mom". She also provides community health education and direct care in the nearby rural area, doing malaria injections and arranging for tuberculosis treatment, among other things. Many come to CEML for treatment, often destitute and needing help with the costs. Another area of focus is child nutrition, with the blessing of MannaPack, an enriched rice product. Since 2016 both have been assisting in a rural church plant which has now grown to 3 congregations. They are mentoring young church leaders, helping with transport and Norm preaches regularly.

"God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?" Numbers 23:19 (NIV)

"So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, 'We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.'" Luke 17:10 (NIV)
