Penny presently serves as the Spiritual Care Coordinator for Lifeworthy, an SIM project that provides support for sex trafficking victims/survivors and their families in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and beyond. She has been an anti-human trafficking advocate since 2016; raising public awareness and directly caring for survivors of this horrendous crime. Prior to joining SIM, Penny was House Manager at a safe house for survivors in the GTA. Her present role involves leading Lifeworthy's growing prayer ministry, assisting with its Parents Hope program and managing its spiritual care initiatives.
